Title: BIM Modular Job Requirements: + Knowledge and experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) + Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope + Able to create BIM model out side the building for road, Oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development. + Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from 3D BIM model for buildings and outside building scope. + Implement BIM standards (LOD definitions, shared parameters, naming, work-sharing). + Understand and implement industry BIM standards. + Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards. + Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design. + Interact with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings. + 14+ Year of experience in relevant field. + Equivalent Degree
