Join us. **Job Description** + Lead and manage BIM coordination processes across multiple projects, including clash detection and issue management within project teams + Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks + Perform quality control reviews of BIM models and related documentation + Set up and manage processes within the Common Data Environment (CDE) (e.g., ACC) + Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes + Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and best practices + Provide technical support to design team members on BIM software and processes, and conduct training when required + Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends **Qualifications** + Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering + Very good knowledge of English and Polish + Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM implementation on projects and at least 5 years of experience in the AEC industry across all project stages + Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and experience working with CDE platforms; knowledge of other BIM software, scripting, or automation tools is an advantage + Awareness of industry BIM standards + Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience working in an international environment is an advantage **Additional Information** **ReqID:** J10145120 **Business Line:** B&P - Buildings & Places **Business Group:** DCS **Strategic Business Unit:** Europe & India **Career Area:** Digital & Engineering Technology **Work Location Model:** Hybrid
