Job Title: BIM CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating and manipulating Revit families, managing multiple projects, and ensuring that model and drawing standards are met. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of clash detection and coordination workflows and be able to work well both individually and within a team environment. Responsibilities + Create and manipulate Revit families effectively. + Implement knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows. + Manage multiple projects and adhere to deliverable deadlines. + Ensure compliance with model and drawing standards. + Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed. Essential Skills + Minimum of 4 years of experience working with BIM processes and related software. + Proficiency in Revit is required. + Experience with construction documents and AutoCAD. + Familiarity with Navisworks and Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of BIM 360 and Autodesk Cloud is advantageous. + Preference for candidates with MEP disciplines, though architectural backgrounds are welcome. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home. Monday is a mandatory in-office day, Friday is a work-from-home half day, and one additional day can be remote from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Our team is composed of 10-12 members and collaborates closely with the engineering team. The BIM lead is based in Houston and visits the Denver office twice a month.
