Job Title: BIM CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with expertise in creating and manipulating Revit families and a solid understanding of clash detection and coordination workflows. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring model and drawing standards are met. The role requires an individual who can work well both independently and as part of a team.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and manipulate Revit families.Conduct clash detection and coordination workflows.Manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines.Ensure compliance with model and drawing standards.Collaborate effectively within a team environment.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years experience with BIM processes and related software.Proficiency in Revit.Experience with construction documents.Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.Familiarity with Microsoft Office.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of BIM 360 and Autodesk Cloud is advantageous but not required.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in-office and 2 days of work-from-home flexibility. Monday is a mandatory in-office day, while Friday is a work-from-home half-day. The team consists of 10-12 members and closely collaborates with the engineering team. Training sessions occur 1-2 times a year in Denver. Our team is part of an international MEP and technology systems consulting engineering firm, working on large-scale, complex, and fast-paced projects worldwide. We encourage innovative thinking and employ cutting-edge strategies, including sustainable design techniques.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
