NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Medical Billing Specialist to join our team in Monroeville, PA for a hybrid role. (Required to come in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays (every other week) for a total of approximately four times a month, but willing to come onsite for business needs if that changes.) Billing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of pharmacy benefit claims. In order to achieve this, the Billing Specialist will be responsible in communicating with a variety of different payers and insurance processors to resolve accounts receivable claims for reimbursement. Required Skills: * 1+ year(s) experience performing healthcare reimbursement, pharmacy insurance/billing or related work. * 1+ year(s) working with medical terminology on a daily basis * 1+ year(s) customer service experience. * 1+ year(s) using MS Office, Excel and Word on a daily basis Preferred Skills: -Ability to prioritize daily tasks. -Ability to work in a team environment. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
