Location: Eugene, OR

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $24.00/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Notify accounts of past due balancesTake payments and set payment arrangementsManage account suspensions and reinstatementsAssisting with service changes, cancellations, and billing inquiriesCoordinating with other departments to resolve issuesVarious office tasks in other areas as neededYou should be able to start tasks on your own, work well by yourself and with others.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Comfortable and well-lit office in a professional call centerIndividual workstations with computer, headset, and phoneFast-paced, team-driven atmosphere with minimal downtimeLong periods of sitting, typing, and phone interaction required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

2+ years of Collections experience a high-volume atmosphere.Arithmetic skill needed to calculate rate adjustments for discounted or partial serviceKnowledge and skill to accurately input into a computer, including ten key entry, work order, billing and credit posting information.Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are required.Excellent organization and communication skills.Ability to analyze and solve problems. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
