2+ years of experience with utility or construction billing
Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
Experience using ERP software, Acumatica a plus
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices in accordance with client contracts and billing schedules. You will ensure compliance with Southern California Edison (SCE) billing standards and documentation requirements while collaborating with project managers and field teams to gather necessary billing data and resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices in accordance with client contracts and billing schedules.Ensure compliance with Southern California Edison (SCE) billing standards and documentation requirements.Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather necessary billing data and resolve discrepancies.Track and reconcile billing issues, including change orders, purchase orders, and time/materials.Maintain organized billing records and support month-end close processes.Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and provide timely resolution.Assist with audits and reporting as needed.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pomona, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
