Billing Specialist

Description

- Prepare/Review/Process monthly invoices

- Manage the status of accounts and balances thorough reports on billing activity with reliable data to identify inconsistencies.

- Adhere to strict timelines and invoicing requirements prior to invoice submissions

- Respond to client inquiries

- Review pre-bills, generating accurate invoices and encouraging cyclical billing practices

- Regularly follow up on unbilled accounts, ensuring that all functions are completed timely and with high service levels

- Assist invoicing team and perform other accounting functions as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in non-medical billing and customer account maintenance or someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related subject

- Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office

- Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision and with Individuals at all levels of the organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- This position is Full-Time (currently in office).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
