Job Description
This role involves managing billing processes by collecting and reviewing documents from product shipments, ensuring accuracy between delivered items and associated documents, and creating invoices. You will be responsible for emailing invoices and addressing customer inquiries via email or phone. Attention to detail is crucial in this position.
ResponsibilitiesCollect and review documents from product shipments.Ensure that billing documents match delivered products.Create and email invoices to customers.Respond to customer inquiries through email or phone.Review and transfer customer documents into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Send information to the warehouse and answer vendor questions via email or phone.Essential SkillsProficiency in invoicing and data entry.Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookup.Familiarity with Outlook and Infor (WMS software).Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to multi-task and respond promptly.Self-starter with a positive mindset.Willingness to support both billing and operations as needed.Work Environment
The role is situated in a professional business office in Edison, with a warehouse on-site. The position requires working in-office Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no flexibility on this schedule. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
