Our client, a dynamic organization in the billing operations sector, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be part of a supportive team environment, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while contributing to the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Billing Coordinator
**Location:** Nitro, WV
**Pay Range:** $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
**Shift:** 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Ensure accurate and timely billing based on client requirements.
+ Maintain up-to-date pricing across all contract types (Industrial, Service & Maintenance, T&M).
+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
+ Upload project data to ASANA and third-party platforms.
+ Generate and send monthly customer statements.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
+ Excellent communication and active listening skills.
+ Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
