Billing Coordinator, Asset Management Operations (18 Month Contract) - Bilingual

To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What You’ll Be Doing** As a Billing Coordinator within the CIBC Asset Management Operations team, you will be responsible for the quarterly invoicing of the CIBC Private Investment Counsel and / or Institutional clients, various monthly tasks as well as reporting to different business partners. You will be accountable for providing professional, timely and efficient support to Client Servicing Managers, the Finance department and Wealth Management partners. In addition, you will be required to act as backup support for other members within the Operations team when required, the administration for processes surrounding equity, fixed income, currency and derivative products held within our accounts, data transmission, asset mix reporting, special projects, and other various tasks. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role._ _You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How You’ll Succeed** + **Analytical -** Review and analyze reports and data at the request of internal customers to control the quality of operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with audit trails and compliance policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information at all times. Review and confirm stock option, currency option and short sale transactions to track and resolve any settlement issues. Verify reconciliation of cash and asset accounts by directors to ensure that any outstanding issues are reviewed to mitigate risks and report. + **Collaboration –** Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements. + **Relationship Building -** Listening, asking questions and understanding activities.
