Job Purpose:

To proactively perform billing (External & Internal) in an accurate and timely manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Proactively perform assigned clients (External & Internal) timely billing with accuracy and completed in accordance with the customer’s and company’s guidelines and expectations. Manual billingManual AutoBillerAutobillingEntering estimates of expected charges from agentsEnsure that all expected charges are captured prior to billing validationFollow up Rate requests with the RFP (Pricing) TeamRevise billing claims on invoices, perform appropriate follow up on any issues or mistakesLiaising with all Marken departments when necessaryPrinting Invoices.Run Reports for billing control prior to invoicingRun Duties and Taxes report and rebill clients (External & Internal) accordinglyProvide monthly billing summaries to clients as requiredPerform other duties as requested by the management

Qualifications/Skills

Accounting / Finance or Billing Experience 2+ years.Comfortable meeting tight deadlines. Keen eye for detail and are experienced with complex billing.Demonstrates good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team as well as generally in the business.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
