Are you ready to accomplish your vision? Position Summary: As a Billboard Installer, you'll have the opportunity to travel throughout the state on day trips to remove and/or install billboards. You'll literally be on top of the world, so comfort with heights and a strong sense of safety are a must. This position is based out of our 1711 Scheuring Rd., De Pere location. Duties and Expectations: + Installing and maintaining all Billboards + Maintain tower repairs which could include tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim, and various parts of the billboard sign face and structure + Change light bulbs as needed + Assemble structures and faces when required + Complete all installations in a professional manner to Jones Sign safety and quality expectations + Use power/manual tools, must adhere to all safety regulations + Maintain operation vehicles, construction tools, equipment, and machinery + Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Effectively manage time to ensure on-time delivery of every project within the allotted hours Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + A valid driver’s license is required + Ability to complete OSHA 30-hour Construction course required + Preferred certifications: CDL, Crane, Signal, and Rigging + Previous experience working at heights up to 100 ft. above ground preferred We are a leading sign company in the U.S. and provide an attractive benefits package: + Health & Wellbeing Benefits + Paid Time Off + 401(k) Plan with Company Match + Leading Edge Tools & Technology + YMCA Health & Fitness Membership + Education & Advancement Opportunities + Incentive Programs + Charitable Contributions Match + Paid Parental Leave + Profit Sharing + And more!
