**Bilingual Team Lead Needed in Zionsville/Carmel Area** **Job Description** As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting up, instructing, and maintaining the workflow of Production associates. You will assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions, perform minor equipment repairs when the Maintenance Department is unavailable, and check and inspect the work of Production associates. You will implement Lean/Agile manufacturing practices, maintain and boost production efficiency, and initiate and implement continuous improvement projects. Additionally, you will train team members and work with the Plant Manager and the Process Engineer to implement new processes. Ensuring safety in operations, you will provide PPE and supplies to Production associates and train new Production associates in their job duties. The facility operates on a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6am to 3:30pm. Employees work with a variety of machinery, including injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, and pneumatic tools used for deburring, trimming, and stapling parts. The atmosphere promotes safety and efficiency, providing all necessary PPE and supplies to Production associates. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
