Job Description
The Bilingual Representative will be stationed at the front desk, responsible for answering customer questions both on the phone and in person. This role involves providing customer order support and delivering product and business information to all customers. As a business representative for the distribution channel, the position demands quality customer service and order support. You will process orders using Oracle and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments. The role requires professional communication with customers and internal teams about product and business issues. Additionally, the representative will support the order fulfillment process by collaborating with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery teams. Maintaining pricing and generating sales reports are also key responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer questions on the phone and in person.Provide customer order support and product/business information.Act as a business representative for the distribution channel.Deliver quality customer service and order support.Process orders using Oracle and review dealer orders and requests.Communicate professionally with customers regarding product and business issues.Support the order fulfillment process in collaboration with other departments.Maintain pricing and run sales reports.Essential SkillsBilingual in Spanish and English.Customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Experience in inside sales and order processing.Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to handle high-stress situations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the manufacturing industry.Knowledge of invoice processing and logistics.Familiarity with distribution, purchasing, and inventory control.Ability to perform cycle counts and scheduling.Basic math skills verified through a test.Work Environment
This position is based in an office adjacent to a warehouse, with a smaller team of 2-3 people working near the front counter. The role is Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm, and the dress code is business casual. The work environment is supportive and encourages building in-person relationships with clientele.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
