Job Description An employer is looking for a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to work onsite in McPherson, Kansas! Job Details: • Answer phone and email requests, work with customer to verify all needed information to prepare correct parts quotes and orders • Locate parts in our systems and provide ship dates • Process orders and follow up with customers on the status and ship dates • Provide customers with accurate, actionable information either via telephone or email • Communicate with our internal Product & Solution Support teams as well as Inside Sales to determine customer needs and escalate issues when they arise • Tailor sales approaches to customers using results of business analytics including customer purchase patterns, machine ownership, key customer business needs • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries • Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, contact name, equipment serial numbers for future follow-up • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication • Partner with Sales, Service, Technical support and all Aftermarket teams to assure we provide the best customer service • Ability to work within Excel, Outlook and other internal systems to complete tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
