About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Madison. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (or another relevant language) and have strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse talent pools.
Key Responsibilities
+ Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
+ Language Support: Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish as needed.
+ Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach to attract bilingual and diverse candidates.
+ Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
+ Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
+ Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics.
Qualifications
+ Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
+ Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate setting preferred).
+ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
+ Technology: Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
