Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description

The role involves sitting at the front desk, answering customer questions both on the phone and in person. You will provide customer order support and product/business information for all customers, acting as a business representative for the distribution channel. Your aim will be to deliver quality customer service and order support for our customer base.

ResponsibilitiesProcess orders using Oracle.Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgments and orders.Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding product and business issues.Support the order fulfillment process by collaborating with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery teams.Maintain pricing and run sales reports.Essential SkillsBilingual in Spanish.Customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Inside sales/order processing experience.Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.Experience in outbound sales, invoice processing, and inventory control.Additional Skills & QualificationsGreat attention to detail and ability to learn product knowledge.Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and learn new software easily.Basic math skills.Work Environment

The position is based in an office adjacent to a warehouse, working closely with a team of 2-3 individuals at the front counter. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4:30pm. The dress code is business casual. The company offers a supportive and close-knit team environment with opportunities for training and professional growth. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
