Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for both English and Spanish speaking visitors and job applicants. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest feels welcome and receives the assistance they need. You will handle phone calls in both languages, manage office supplies, and maintain the functionality and appearance of the office space.

ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and make them feel welcome.Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in English and Spanish speaking job applicants.Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish, providing information and taking messages as needed.Order supplies and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, including cleaning services and equipment repairs.Organize lunch orders and book spaces for meetings and team-building activities.Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the breakroom is stocked.Maintain the coffee machine, load and unload the dishwasher, and perform occasional office cleaning tasks.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Provide data entry and tracking assistance.Ensure proper functioning of all office equipment and arrange maintenance when necessary.Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed.Ensure temporary office supplies are restocked regularly and equipment is maintained.Essential SkillsBilingual in English and Spanish.Front desk and administrative support experience.Data entry skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ years of receptionist experience.1+ year of data entry experience.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable demeanor in Spanish.Driver's license and good driving record strongly preferred.Work Environment

The role is set within a construction company, where you will work up front alongside other client-facing workers. The environment is dynamic and requires a professional demeanor. Dress code is casual but professional

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
