Bilingual (English–Spanish) Production Supervisor for 2nd shift.

Direct Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 12:30am)Supervise, train, and coach production employees on daily tasks and safety procedures.Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams.Conduct safety checks and enforce company policies and OSHA standards.Support maintenance, continuous improvement, and projects that support the business and ensure the production schedule demands are met.
Bilingual Production Supervisor Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Resume submittalAbility to plan and organize projects.Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.3–5 years of production or manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written required).Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.Ability to work in fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
