Bilingual Production Supervisor
**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Production Supervisor, you will drive project success by clearly communicating expectations, planning and monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback through coaching, counseling, and corrective action when necessary. You will recruit, onboard, and train team members while fostering opportunities for professional development and personal growth. Your role will involve maintaining efficient workflow by monitoring production processes, setting operational parameters, observing control points, and ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment. You will develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, reporting systems, and corrective actions to address process inefficiencies, execute production plans by scheduling and assigning tasks, setting priorities, tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting shift outcomes. Upholding quality standards by enforcing organizational policies and procedures is crucial, as is ensuring equipment functionality by coordinating repairs and evaluating new technologies and tools. You will compile and analyze production data to provide insights and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, continuously improve operational systems by reviewing and updating procedures, documentation, and resource requirements, and promote a safe and clean work environment by educating staff on safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
