Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 06:30pm)Oversees all production functionsMonitors product quality issues and coordinates appropriate actions to ensure out-of-specification conditions are corrected and containedMonitors plant sanitation processes to ensure that the production equipment and environment meet required food processing standards
Bilingual Production Lead Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of lead/supervisor experience in a production settingBilingual English/Spanish preferredProven ability to lead, train, and motivate production staff in a fast paced environmentStrong understanding of production workflows, schedules, and quality standardsStrong problem solving and decision making skills on the production floorApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
