Our client, a dynamic organization in the Human Resources sector, is seeking a Payroll Administration to join their team. As a Payroll Administration, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting various team functions. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral/written communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Bilingual Payroll Administration
**Location:** Jamaica, NY 11432
**Pay Range:** $31 - $35 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Process payroll and review timecards prior to processing.
+ Handle manual adjustments and prepare payroll reports.
+ Manage garnishments, loans, and payroll check distribution.
+ Facilitate new hire onboarding and confirm employee demographics.
+ Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee inquiries.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration.
+ Practical knowledge of payroll platforms, specifically Paychex Flex.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Bilingual in Spanish is required.
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Human Resources experience is a plus.
