Bilingual Operations Recruiter (Spanish)

Job Description

An Operations Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruiting process across all company locations. You will devise and execute an effective system for evaluating and hiring, handling a high volume of crucial roles to meet our ambitious hiring goals as we continue to grow. Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to develop our talent strategy, hiring roadmap, and establish best practices, leveraging those tools to operate autonomously to meet hiring targets.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for full cycle recruitment process for hourly hiring for warehouse and transportation positions.Partner with hiring managers to keep an organized record of applicant status, as well as provide guidance on job descriptions and posting locations.Prescreen candidates, review resumes, and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.Present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.Act as a point person for the recruitment team.Possess strong knowledge of recruiting avenues for active and passive candidate recruiting, including cold calling candidates, job site awareness, and contacts within college and job fair networks.Post openings on online job boards, newspaper advertisements, professional organizations, and other appropriate venues.Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.Manage and respond to daily occurrences in a timely manner.Essential Skills3–5 years of hands-on recruiting experience.Proven success in recruiting across operational roles (warehouse, maintenance, etc.).Highly prefer prior agency experience.Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.Currently using Kronos as the ATS, with a transition to Breezy planned.Skilled in managing a high-volume workload of 25-30 requisitions simultaneously.Bilingual: Spanish and English (highly preferred).Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related business studies.Minimum two years' experience in recruiting for mass hiring and/or Corporate/Agency recruiting.Experience in recruiting for Retail/Transportation/warehouse is preferred.Experience in a fast-paced Human Resources environment is preferred.Willingness to take the lead with leadership courage.Working knowledge and industry knowledge related to assigned departments.Excellent interviewing and active listening skills.Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques.Ability to communicate with executives and employees at all levels of the organization.Capacity to prioritize work and address time-sensitive matters.Working knowledge of employment laws.Critical thinking skills.Work Environment

The position is based in an office setting with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, requiring 100% onsite presence.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bronx, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
