Bilingual Onboarding Associate
Job Title: Bilingual Onboarding AssociateJob Description

The Bilingual Onboarding Associate will assist applicants throughout the application and hiring process. This role involves guiding applicants with new-hire paperwork and managing multiple applicants simultaneously in a technologically equipped environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssist applicants with the completion of new-hire paperwork.Guide applicants through the application and hiring processes.Manage and assist approximately 40-60 applicants per day.Facilitate the fingerprinting process for applicants.Handle documentation, paper filing, and managing and storing paperwork and applications efficiently.
Essential SkillsProficiency in onboarding processes.Strong customer service skills.Data entry capabilities.Experience with new hire orientation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.HR administration skills.Administrative support experience.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Bilingual fluency in both spoken and written communication.1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to navigate computer systems to assist applicants with online paperwork.A positive personality that enhances the applicant's experience during the application process.
Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment, working alongside a team of approximately 10 other Onboarding Assistants. The workspace is equipped with about 30 computers to facilitate the onboarding process.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.78 - $18.78/hr.
