Bilingual Office Manager
Job DescriptionOffice Management: + Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility needs. + Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications. + Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow. + Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies. Accounting & Financial Duties: + Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments. + Reconcile bank and credit card statements. + Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. + Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records. + Collaborate with external accountants for audits and tax filings. Administrative & Bilingual Support: + Translate documents and communications as needed. + Serve as a liaison for bilingual clients, vendors, or staff. + Assist with onboarding and HR documentation for bilingual employees. + Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred). + 3+ years of experience in office management with accounting responsibilities. + Fluency in English and (Insert Second Language). + Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting software. + Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred). + 3+ years of experience in office management with accounting responsibilities. + Fluency in English and Spanish. + Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting software. + Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
