Bilingual Medical Assistant
Job Title: Medical Assistant - Women's Health Medical Assistant (MA) Pay: $21.00/hour Locations: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) & Lynwood, CA Schedule: Full-Time (various shifts available) Job Description We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing healthcare team. This role supports providers in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Openings are available in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) and Lynwood, CA. Responsibilities + Room patients and obtain vital signs + Prepare patients for examinations and procedures + Assist providers with clinical procedures as needed + Perform EKGs, injections, and blood draws (as applicable) + Update and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR + Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment + Provide excellent customer service and patient support Qualifications + Certified Medical Assistant preferred (or completion of an MA program) + Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred + Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and medical terminology + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting + Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus + Reliable transportation to DTLA or Lynwood locations Benefits + Competitive pay at $21/hour + Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility varies) + Paid time off and holidays + Supportive team environment + Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
