Bilingual Manufacturing Plant Construction Manager
Our client, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing and industrial infrastructure, is seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Plant Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Development supporting new plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Must have a strong Electrical Engineering type background.** **Job Title:** Bilingual Manufacturing Plant Construction Manager **Location:** El Paso, Texas **Pay Range:** Salary DOE plus relocation/benefits/bonus **What's the Job?** + Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the construction of a new manufacturing facility, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. + Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to align construction activities with operational requirements. + Review engineering drawings, utility layouts, and construction plans, providing feedback to optimize facility design. + Manage construction schedules, oversee contractor deliverables, and control project costs. + Oversee installation and commissioning of critical systems such as electrical, HVAC, utilities, and fire safety systems. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in facilities, plant construction, or industrial infrastructure projects. + Proven experience leading new plant buildouts in manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years in supervisory roles. + Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
