**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and changing over machines to produce required products or components. This includes making mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications, performing first-time setups for new products, operating equipment to meet production requirements and quality goals, and making minor adjustments to machine output as needed. You will also perform manual production operations, inspect machine output to verify assembly and workmanship standards, and conduct maintenance activities as per machine operation manuals or maintenance instructions. Maintaining a neat and orderly work area and complying with all safety rules is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform machine set-up/changeover to produce required products or components.
+ Make mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications.
+ Perform first-time setups for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/software adjustments.
+ Operate equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals.
+ Make minor adjustments to correct machine output as needed.
+ Perform manual production operations such as applying labels and placing components.
+ Load and unload equipment.
+ Visually inspect machine output to verify proper assembly and workmanship standards.
+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities in accordance with machine operation manuals or maintenance instructions.
+ Maintain neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 1-2+ years of experience setting up and operating machines or specialized training/certification.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings.
+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with hand/power tools.
+ Skills in blueprint reading.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
