Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist for our location in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, restocking, and monitoring the toolroom inventory, ensuring efficient and accurate management of parts and equipment.
ResponsibilitiesTake stock inventory of parts distribution.Check for wear or defects in returned parts.Organize and store parts/equipment for later use.Issue parts and other equipment to workers.Maintain records of issued tools, parts, and other equipment for production use.Manage tool inventory and transactions.Ensure a safe work area.Essential SkillsBi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.Experience with toolroom or inventory management is a plus.Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and WMS is required.Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.Great attention to detail.Good communication and organizational skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in inventory control and management.Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and planning.Experience with shipping and receiving.Experience with cycle counts and inventory systems.Work Environment
The work environment is a warehouse that is climate-controlled and very clean.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
