We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English/Spanish) to support a 6+ month project. This role involves providing day-to-day HR administrative support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesProcess employee changes, including new hires, transfers, and terminations.Ensure payroll accuracy through meticulous data entry.Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes.Provide professional HR support to employees and leadership.Maintain personnel files and documentation.Participate in HR projects and committees as needed.Essential Skills2+ years of human resources experience.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with recruiting support.Ability to handle adverse situations constructively.Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing and office environment, featuring cubicles and occasional time on the production floor. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional early starts at 6:30 AM to support night shifts (1-3 times per week). There is a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The position requires building relationships on the production floor and assisting upper management as needed. Professionalism in HR is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
