We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Human Resources Administrator to join our team for a 6+ month project. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various HR functions efficiently.

The role is based in a manufacturing/office setting with cubicles, operating on a Monday to Friday schedule with an 8-hour shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasionally, HR may need to start at 6:30 AM to assist with the night shift, approximately 1-3 times per week. There is a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, and the position involves visiting the floor to build relationships and assisting upper management as needed. Professionalism and HR expertise are essential.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
