Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team. As a Bilingual HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Shift:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling onsite interviews.
+ Coordinate new hire paperwork, conduct pre-employment checks, and facilitate onboarding and orientation schedules.
+ Support the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
+ Answer employee requests and questions, providing excellent customer service and support.
+ Assist with processing employee terminations, mandatory training programs, and performance review preparations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Must be bilingual: English/Spanish.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus.
+ Minimum of 1 year previous experience in an HR environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
