Temp-to-Hire position$27.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Serve as a primary point of contact for English- and Korean?speaking employees.Translate HR policies, procedures, announcements, and training materials. Support onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training coordination. Maintain accurate HR records, attendance logs, and documentation.Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, screening applicants, and communicating with candidates. Facilitate communication between employees and leadership to support clarity and cultural understanding.Help coordinate company events, safety meetings, and training sessions.Bilingual HR Coordinator Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).1–3 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient with MS Office and basic HR systems.Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.High school diploma or GED required; HR or business-related education is a plus.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
