Job Title: Bilingual HR CoordinatorLocation: Green Bay, WIReporting to: Human Resource Manager Essential Job Functions:Facilitate Job bid process and manage documentationProcess employee paperwork and data entryMaintain employee records in compliance with company policiesCommunicate with employee to address questions, concerns and issues professionally and timely.Perform general office proceduresMaintain accurate recordsAssist with employee benefit questions and educationPerform additional duties as assignedExperience Required:Previous HR experience or familiarity with human resources functionsBackground in administrative or office related roles preferred Skills/Abilities Required:Bilingual Spanish/English requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, namely ExcelExperience with SAP and Kronos preferred but not requiredStrong Time Management – ability to meet deadlines, multitask as needed and maintain attention to detail.Must be able to work flexible hours, including some SaturdaysStrong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquetteHigh level of confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information. EOE, including disability/vets.
