Job Title: Bilingual Facilities Coordinator (Doral, FL)

Job Description

Assist the Facility Manager in providing services essential for the effective operation and maintenance of the property. This includes customer and client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Cultivate strong relationships with key representatives to support corporate real estate goals and objectives.

ResponsibilitiesDedicate efforts to achieving pinnacle client satisfaction by delivering outstanding Facility Management services accompanied by comprehensive support programs.Actively engage in seeking client feedback and addressing concerns promptly to cultivate lasting, trust-based relationships.Uphold strict adherence to audit and compliance standards across all aspects of facility management, including financial management practices and operational policies.Monitor and analyze monthly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to identify potential challenges and develop strategic corrective action plans.Consistently enforce company policies and training initiatives related to safe and efficient operational practices.Implement and maintain robust hazard control measures and safety practices for the team.Conduct site operations in alignment with established policies, procedures, and contract scope.Deliver exceptional quality of service positively reflected in client feedback and satisfaction metrics.Foster collaboration and teamwork within the account team, developing and executing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) best practices.Assist in managing the site operations team, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.Participate in performance management programs for personal development planning.Identify avenues for operational improvements and communicate insights to the Area/Site Manager.Collaborate with the Facilities Manager for seamless maintenance and repair service provision.Provide support for work order management and assist with key facility services.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.Support financial objectives through effective and economical management.Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.Manage vendor payments, ensuring compliance and addressing discrepancies.Oversee vendor management, ensuring contractual agreements and quality standards are met.Assist in the development and approval of annual capital plans and operational expenses.Support short-term and long-term projects with the Facilities Manager and Engineering Team.Manage contract maintenance and source local services and products through third-party suppliers.Collaborate with the Senior Occupancy Planner for office moves and configurations.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing operational needs.Essential SkillsAdministrative skillsFacilities maintenanceVendor managementProficiency in ExcelAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field.Minimum of two years relevant industry experience.Exceptional customer service skills.Proficiency in Spanish.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.69 - $34.13/hr.
