**Join Our Team as a Bilingual Staffing Assistant (English/Spanish)**
**Location:Bellingham**
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (flexibility to work until 5:00 PM)
**Pay:** $22.00/hour, paid weekly

Manpower is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Staffing Assistant who’s passionate about helping people find meaningful work and grow their careers. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between talented individuals and the opportunities that match their skills.
**What You’ll Do:**
As a key member of our team, you’ll support the full recruitment cycle and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates, associates, and clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
+ Welcoming new associates and guiding them through onboarding
+ Completing I-9 forms and other client-specific documentation
+ Leading daily start-up meetings
+ Tracking attendance within two hours of shift start
+ Investigating and resolving payroll issues
+ Issuing and validating personal protective equipment (PPE)
+ Managing shift communications and associate availability
+ Supporting performance management as needed
**What You Bring:**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous experience in customer service (phone or in-person)
+ Office support experience
+ Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
**Preferred (but not required):**
+ Experience in recruiting or human resources
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree
+ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, Bullhorn)
