Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the outreach team supporting beneficiaries in navigating their healthcare options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Hesperia, CA
**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment broker services to beneficiaries through group and individual presentations.
+ Assist beneficiaries in understanding and utilizing their healthcare plans.
+ Guide beneficiaries through the enrollment and disenrollment process.
+ Maintain positive relationships with county staff, community groups, and HCO clients.
+ Document daily activities accurately in the Customer Relationship Management Database.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience in customer service or community outreach is preferred.
+ Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel to various sites.
