Job Title: Customer Outreach Specialist Job Description Join our dynamic Customer Outreach team in the Miami/Dade area. As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the FPL Storm Secure Underground Program by engaging with service customers, explaining the program, and obtaining necessary documents and signatures for utility easements to close out projects. Responsibilities + Use your own vehicle to drive and contact each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement. + Explain the SSUP project details to service customers. + Gain customer agreement to proceed with the project and acquire necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgment forms. + Maintain ongoing communication with property owners and occupants throughout all stages of the project, adhering to company policies and procedures. + Organize and submit documents electronically to the support team. + Provide exceptional customer service and communication, ensuring purposeful follow-up and documentation. + Professionally communicate in person, over the phone, and via email with customers, staff, and vendors. + Read and understand construction and engineering plans. + Coordinate special projects as assigned. + Perform other duties as required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 11am-7pm, with some Saturdays as needed. Flexibility to accommodate other times for certain customers is required. Dress code includes jeans and steel-toe boots, with PPE (shirt, vest, etc.) provided. A company phone will be issued, though you may need to use your personal phone in the interim. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami Gardens, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
