Description Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Location: Brentwood, TN Overview: A well-established company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Draft professional correspondence and formal documents with accuracy. Plan and coordinate appointments and events to ensure efficient time management. Greet and assist onsite visitors, delivering exceptional customer service. Handle inbound telephone calls and manage inquiries effectively. Prepare weekly payroll reports and maintain accurate records. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation. Perform general office tasks and provide cross-functional support as needed. Qualifications: Prior experience in office administration, payroll, or related fields. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
