Hours:

Mon-Fri, 8-5pm, fully onsite

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in an administrative or office manager capacity

-3+ years of experience using MS Office tools

-Bilingual English/Spanish

-Experience with billing or invoicing

-Any payroll or experience (using Paycom)

-Purchase Order and/or Work order experience

-Comfortable working alone in an office for long periods of time

-Comfortable with cyclical nature of business - some weeks will be crazy busy, some weeks might be very slow

Description

-Prepare, maintain and distribute various weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting to staff and customers

-Prepare and maintain job cost, productivity and gross margin reports

-Assist branch with payroll, time and attendance processes, and reports

-Manage the branch division’s day to day operations and general accounting and administrative activities independently

-Work with the Branch, Account Manager and Field Supervisor in the execution of various office tasks and projects

-Perform general accounting and administrative duties for the branch office and assist with seasonal transition

-Provide quality customer service to all existing and prospective clients

-Communicate and resolve client issues in accordance with company guidelines

-Communicate and monitor branch deadlines

-Order and maintain branch office equipment and supplies

-Prepare and maintain enhancement proposals, work orders, and invoices

-Assist in the contract renewal process

-Maintain client data base

-Participate and contribute in the company’s “lean management” principals and strategies

-Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

This is a Permanent position based out of Bolingbrook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
