Job Description

This role encompasses two key areas: accounts receivables and order entry, supporting both teams. The candidate will manage the AR portfolio by collecting from B2B customers, focusing on building relationships rather than hard collections. They will handle incoming calls from customers, provide answers, resolve invoices and billing issues, and participate in weekly meetings with supervisors. On the order entry side, the candidate will use a customized AX system to enter orders promptly while maintaining key performance indicators and benchmarks. Experience in handling journal entries, month-end processes, and cash applications is essential, as the role involves managing a large volume of accounts.

ResponsibilitiesCollect from B2B customers while fostering relationships.Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.Resolve invoices and billing issues effectively.Participate in weekly meetings with supervisors.Enter orders using a customized AX system while maintaining KPIs.Handle journal entries, month-end processes, and cash applications.Manage a large accounts portfolio (600-800 accounts).Log into phone queue and handle emails for assigned portfolio.Follow up and escalate issues, resolve disputes, and make corrections.Collaborate with sales and address complex customer problems.Conduct bi-weekly aging reports and prioritize follow-ups.Essential SkillsAccounts Receivable managementReconciliations and collections experienceCash application and journal entriesIntermediate Excel proficiency (including H&V lookup and functions)ERP system experienceBilingual French with strong written and verbal communicationDirect customer contact and professional communicationAdditional Skills & QualificationsCustomer Service experienceExperience with PeoplesoftIndustry experienceAccounts Payable experienceCash Apps experienceEagerness to learn and driven personalityAbility to fit well with team cultureWork Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment with work-from-home flexibility and requires in-office presence twice a month, which may change.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
