This rol is responsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managing relationships with internal and external customers. What You'll Do: + Primarily responsible for managing an institutional fund portfolio, maintaining direct and ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring the achievement of established objectives. + Manages the initial negotiation of lease contracts and modifications, addressing client requests. + Coordinates all entities related to the execution of our clients' requirements, both regarding lease contracts and other functions pertinent to the managed real estate properties. + Develops commercial strategies, supervises, and maintains a project tracking system to ensure timely completion. + Represents the client in managed asset committees. What You’ll Need: + Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Service Administration, or a related field. + 3 years of experience managing client portfolios, preferably in the real estate sector (Retail or Office). + Advanced Excel proficiency. + Proficiency in English and Spanish. + Commercial and negotiation skills.
