Bike Patrol Officer - University Campus Setting

Pay: $19.47 per hour

Shifts: Rotating schedule with weekends involved (3rd Shift 12am-8am)

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card

• Active Connecticut State Driver's License - Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1 year of Security Experience preferred - Military/ Law Enforcement experience may substitute

• Calm, polite, and professional demeanor.

• Reliable and self-motivated.

•  Bicycle Riding Required

• High level customer service

Bike Patrol officers are expected to be able to complete a 3-day bicycle training, stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances outdoors, be comfortable with incident report writing, respond to calls and interact with the campus community.

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
