Bid Coordinator
Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the growth of our team. This role involves directly supporting two owners with project tasks, including estimating and project management capacities. Responsibilities + Collect subcontractor bids and submit RFI's and change order documents. + Facilitate communication between subcontractors, owners, and permit offices. + Schedule material deliveries and assist in creating project schedules and budgets. + Manage pre-bid responsibilities, including collecting RFP documents and creating vendor bid lists. + Send out RFPs to vendors to initiate the hard bid process and review plans for RFI and bid notes. + Coordinate clarifications from clients, architects, and designers, and collect hard bids from vendors. + Work through permitting processes and ensure all trade permits are received. + Send and review submittals through the CRM system and manage vendor closeout documents. + Collaborate with management and the AP department to set up job costing allocations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sykesville, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
