Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our thriving Project & Development Services (PDS) team. As a key contributor, you’ll play an integral role in driving our continued growth, working alongside a dynamic and high-performing Bid Team.

This team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and results in tight deadlines, high-quality submissions, and the satisfaction of making a real impact.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate bid/submission activities and implement the best practices for proposal production

Develop innovative and impactful submissions with the Bid Manager

Create compelling document designs aligned with brand standards

Proof and edit proposal content for clarity and accuracy

Coordinate document production and ensure on-time delivery

Gather non-technical bid materials including CVs, company info, certifications, and insurances

Partner with the Director, Sales, Strategy & Enablement and Bid Manager for continuous feedback and improvement

Requirements:

Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with Canva or other design tools (nice to have)

Construction or property industry background (preferred but not essential)

Experience working within proposal teams or bid coordination

Ability to create persuasive and professional presentations and documents

Capability to work to deadlines while managing competing priorities with composure

A proactive mindset with a drive to learn and grow

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

Open to candidates based in Sydney (either our Sydney CBD or Parramatta office) or Melbourne (based in our Melbourne CBD)
