Maintains schedule and record of bicycle maintenance, requests parts and materials for job duties as needed. NOTE : CARPENTRY , ELECTRICAL , HVAC , GROUNDS WORK AND MOVING ARE NOT PART OF THE GENERAL WORKLOAD OF THIS POSITION . KNOWLEDGE OF NATIONAL , STATE AND LOCAL BUILDING CODES / STANDARDS AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO READ WIRING DIAGRAMS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED . Maintain high level of customer service and professional attitude 2. Repair, examine, and service all components of bicycles 3. Identify and refurbish bicycles for sale 4. Maintain inventory of workshop 5. Clean and organize workshop 6. Maintain schedule, coordinate actively with the bike shop team 7. Communicate regularly with customers on maintenance needs, progress, and potential delays 8. May set up, take down, or assist with special event parking The incumbent may be required to work overtime hours during the evening, weekends and holidays as required. They must wear appropriate clothing or uniform, and be able to withstand a high stress environment.
