**Job Title: BICSI Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a BICSI Technician, where you will contribute to infrastructure projects in Lima, OH. This role requires a detail-oriented and skilled technician to work within BICSI standards, focusing on the installation and maintenance of telecommunications cabling systems. **Responsibilities** + Install and maintain pathway components such as J-hooks and cable trays. + Pull and terminate Cat6 and Cat6a cables. + Utilize specialized equipment to test cable terminations. + Read and interpret blueprints for project execution. + Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts up to 40 feet. + Perform fiber pulling and installation, with the ability to terminate fiber as an added advantage. + Install data cabinets as required. **Essential Skills** + BICSI Certification Level 2 or higher in Copper or Fiber. + At least 3 years of experience in termination and testing of Cat6 and Cat6a cables. + Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Experience working at heights of up to 40 feet using scissor lifts. + OSHA 10 Certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in fiber optic termination. + Fiber optic installation experience. + IEC/ABC electrical certification. + Aerial Lift Certification. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a leading contractor in the region, known for its commitment to quality and excellence.
