Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding processes, is seeking a dedicated BIC Vent Technician to join their team. As a BIC Vent Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of injection molding machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: BIC Vent Technician

Location: West Union, SC

Pay Range:$20

Shift: 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

What's the Job?

Operate and perform maintenance on computerized and manual injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Read and record process settings, adjusting parameters to meet part specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. Perform manual mold changes, insert changes, cam changes, and color changes according to Bill of Material (BOM). Conduct weekly preventative maintenance on work cell components and support equipment.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent  Ability to read digital and manual gauges and interpret process data. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in group safety and productivity meetings.
