This is a full-time position and can be located anywhere in the United States with the ability to work from home, office, or hoteling space as required. Travel is required.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Client Data Solution Lead’s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.
Primary Duties
Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiativesAbility to gather requirements, communicate with the business, and build final solution from a technical and business perspectiveFocus on client delivery and key stakeholder managementDevelop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investmentContribute to Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboardsPartner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirementsAbility to manage key client and account team relationshipsDesign BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solutionProactively analyze the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirementsUtilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical toolsWork effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboardsTechnical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstreamProvide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of workKnowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or TechnologyExperience in:

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
